              Just to name a few

*Our current membership for Local 4322 is over 900 strong and growing.

    Benefits To Having A Union:

*With a union the employees and management stand on level ground.

*Representative’s chosen from your workgroup workwith the company to negotiate a contract. The contract would consist of issues agreed upon by your work group.Such issues would perhaps include improved HEALTH CARE, BETTER WAGES, BETTER RETIREMENT, JOB SECURITY etc. whateverYour work group feels is important to them.

*With a union in place you will also have the grievance procedure.Should the company violate the contract the employee has the right to file a grievance and attempt to resolve the issue

    What We Need From You:

*We need you to acquire members in your work group who share your concerns.  Members who agree that A union is a viable option.  The more  members you can gather the better.

*We have a meeting with the interested members from your workgroup and the organizer from Local  4322 to answer concerns and questions. At this meeting we will explain the rest of the Organizing procedures.
