The CWA 4322 Workers Compensation Committee is to advise and guide our members when accidents happen at work. Our mission is to help them through the painstaking processes of the Ohio Bureau of Workers Compensation system. It is imperative that our members contact and inform the local when accidents happen.

The strength of the CWA is in an informed, active, and diverse membership. Our Mission is to determine to what extent, if any, discrimination practices exist in the workplace or Union.

The Elections Committee of Local 4322 commits to conducting each and every task delegated to us with the utmost integrity. We as a committee vow to remain unbiased and present our results exactly as the membership has chosen. We stand committed to not only stay within the bounds the CWA Constitution, but the law.

The CWA 4322 Entertainment Committee puts the F in Fun. They organize events throughout the year to bring members and their families together outside of work to socialize and spend time together. Some examples of activities include our annual Christmas party, family picnic/bbq, poker run, casino bus ride, meeting cookouts, etc.

The Mission of the CWA 4322 Safety Committee is to provide a safe and secure workplace, by addressing and correcting all unsafe conditions for the members of our local. We work with our business units to create a safe environment for all our brothers and sisters.
